Welcome to the North Fork Vision Home and Community Program of Delta County, Colorado. We are an organization that is passionate about creative education for our learners. We are a consensus-inspired program that advocates for equal opportunity, educational choice, meaningful relationships, accountability and community. We operate under the umbrella of the Delta County School District 50 J.

Learners and their families are able to integrate parent-guided learning, community-based classes and tutoring, and traditional public education. Working with our highly qualified staff, our families are supported, empowered and educated to pursue individual learning plans for the current school year.
