Cassidy Lehrman

Hello everyone! I am a student of the North Fork Vision Program. I am now out in LA with my mother and father pursuing my dream of acting. So far I’ve been in a couple of TV shows and commercials. I’ve been told that that is a lot for the first year being out here.

My most recognizable appearance is on the HBO hit TV show ‘Entourage’ where I play Sarah Gold, the daughter of one of the main characters. I am recurring on the show and so far I’ve been on it 3 times and I will be shooting a fourth in August. I’ve also made appearances on ‘Gilmore Girls’ and ‘Everybody Hates Chris’.

Although I’m not doing traditional schooling I see myself as a life learner. Besides a structured math program I’m also working on writing and english through writing my monthly ‘Paonia Planet’ articles in the Merchant Herald. You can read my articles at: http://www.bluesagecenter.org/newspaper.html

Every day here is a learning experience, from practicing scripts to auditioning and filming. There’s so much more to acting then meets the eye. Navigating through the Hollywood life is a challenge and an adventure, both exciting and nerve racking at the same time! As they say here “Your whole life could change in just one day”. A year ago I never would have believed that I would be here in LA! But now that I’m here it all seems so natural!

The combination of what I’m doing in LA and having Vision as my support system gives me the confidence to succeed at what I’m doing.
